Thanks for the blessings

You send my way

For friends and family

That I love every day

Thanks for my home

And food to eat

For clothes to wear

And shoes on my feet

Thanks for my health

And things I can do

And all the guidance

I get straight from you

For you know us all

From beginning to end

Good times and bad

You are the true friend

Something on my mind

I know you are there

Ready to listen

If I just say a prayer

So much in life

Doesn’t go as I planned

So I turn to you

To help me understand

Sometimes your answer

Comes from the bible
